We don't collect your data.

Effective September 26, 2026. Applies to the Peak Pocket AI iOS app and this website, both operated by Peak Summit Labs LLC.

The short version: Peak Pocket AI has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no servers of ours that your data goes to. Your conversations, lab notebook, settings, and downloaded models are stored only on your iPhone.

What stays on your device

Your chats, prompts, and the model's replies.
Your lab notebook: run settings, timings, token probabilities, and device readings such as thermal state, battery level, and memory use.
Your personas and settings.
Model files you download or import.

We cannot see any of this. Deleting the app deletes it. You can also clear the lab notebook in Settings and remove model files from the Models screen.

When the app uses the network

Chatting with an on-device model uses no network at all. The app connects to the internet only when you ask it to:

Downloading or browsing models. Searching Hugging Face and downloading a model file connects your device directly to huggingface.co, which receives the request like any website visit (for example your IP address). This is governed by Hugging Face's privacy policy.
Hugging Face access token (optional). If you add a token to download gated models, it is stored in the iOS Keychain on your device and sent only to huggingface.co.
Your own API provider (optional, off by default). If you add an API key for a remote, OpenAI-compatible provider and choose a remote model, the messages in that chat are sent from your device directly to the provider you configured, under that provider's terms and privacy policy. The key is stored in the iOS Keychain. Chats that use a remote model are clearly marked in the app. We never receive your key or your messages.

Exports and sharing

When you export a run or your notebook, the app creates a file and opens the iOS share sheet. Where the file goes is your choice.

Crash reports

The app has no crash reporting or analytics code of its own. If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in iOS Settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports, as described in Apple's privacy policy.

Children

The app does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

This website

peakpocketai.com uses no cookies, analytics, or trackers. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request information (such as IP addresses) to deliver the pages securely.
